Duplicate of the business license of the corporation; unincorporated Chinese-foreign co-operative enterprises shall supply the original copy of the business license (original copy of the investment verification certificate or copy of the investment verification certificate with original official seal, and a copy of the latter shall be kept by the applicant)
3. Certificate of the approvalissued by Shanghai Foreign Economic relation and Trade (original copy of the investment verification certificate or copy of the investment verification certificate with original official seal, and a copy of the latter shall be kept by the applicant)
4. The contract and the articles of association, which take effect after the approval, of the joint venture or cooperation (original copy of the investment verification certificate or copy of the investment verification certificate with original official seal, and a copy of the latter shall be kept by the applicant)
