Overview

Baihe Industrial and Economic Zone, a land of live magic, now is accompanying you in creating a bright future.
The Zone is located in the western part of Shanghai, next to Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province in the west, to the Shanghai Motor City in its north, and serves as the north gate of Qingpu District. It is 30 kilometers from the central part of Shanghai city and 10 kilometers from downtown part of the County. Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport is to the east of the Zone; 3 kilometers northwards from it, Shanghai-Nanjing Railway passes by; Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway and Tongjiang-Sanya Highway run through the Zone and have crossings inside it. The Waiqingsong Highway, which runs through the Zone, connects No.318 State Highway in the south and No.312 State Highway in the north.

Zone Construction

The Zone is equipped with complete infrastructure, convenient transportation and communication, sufficient power supply (the first station of the “Moving West Gas East Project” in Shanghai is built in this Zone). To make use of the advantageous location, the 50,000-square meter supplying area of the Shanghai International Motor City is sited inside this Zone. It is radiated by the Motor City first-time, which is an advantage for the development of supported products of automobile industry.

Industry

The orientation of the main industry of the Zone: automobile and fittings manufacturing.
At present, the important enterprises in the Zone include manufacturers of supported products for automobile, for example, Shanghai SAIC-Metzeler Sealing Systems Co., No.1 Branch of Shanghai Auto-brake Manufacturing Co. and Shanghai Heda Auto Accessory Co. Ltd. At the same time, West Shanghai Group Company, manufacturer of components and parts of automobile, has also settled down in this Zone. Now the Zone has established cooperation relationships with about 20 countries and areas and is now the “treasure place” of domestic and foreign investors and pioneers.
