There are two intermediary service organizations for talent and labor force in the district. One is the Qingpu Talent Service Center attached to Qingpu District Personnel Bureau; the other is Qingpu Job Agency attached to the Qingpu District Labor and Social Insurance Bureau. The job Agency has its branches in every town of Qingpu. In Qingpu, there are three regular large-scale talent exchange meetings in spring, summer and autumn and many   other irregular or specialized sessions of these activities, which attract as much as 20000 people annually. We have a professional talent website (http://www.21qphr.com), hosted by the Qingpu District Personnel Bureau and undertaken by the Qingpu Talent Service Center. Now there are 5000 register users with this website. The employing units can choose talents at any time on it. In addition, now every year 40000 students graduate from Shanghai’s 45 higher education institutes and they are the largest human resources for Qingpu and other districts in Shanghai.
